Try it first. If it isn't right for your pet, tell us. Message us within 14 days of receiving your box to ask for a return, as long as no more than 3 sachets are used. Please ask before sending anything back. You'll need proof of purchase, return postage is on you, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 7 to 14 business days. That's fair to you and to us.
