Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use this site or order from us, why, who sees it, and how to ask us about it. It is written under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Who we are

This site is run by FurDoc. FurDoc is marketed by FurDoc Healthcare Sdn Bhd, 37-2, Jalan Kuchai Maju 1, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

What we collect

  • When you order at checkout: your name, your phone number, your email, your delivery address and what you order.
  • When you sign up for FurDoc news: your email, and which product page you signed up on. We add your email to our customer list in our online store so we can send you FurDoc news. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp name and number and what you write to us, so we can reply.
  • On this site: your cart is kept in your own browser, on your own device, so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out. The weight you pick in the feeding guide only works out the amount on the page; it is not sent to us.
  • Our online store (Shopify) uses its standard cookies and visit statistics to run the store and to show us how the site is used.

You don't have to give us your details. Without them we can't take or deliver an order.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to take and deliver your order, to handle a return, to keep a record of your order, and, if you signed up for FurDoc news, to send it to you.

Who sees it

The FurDoc team who handle your order, our online store (Shopify) and its checkout service that process it, and the delivery company that brings it to you. WhatsApp carries any messages you send us.

To see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to stop using it, message us on WhatsApp at +60 14-397 9435 or write to the address above, and we will reply.
